The BlueHills Travel Blanket Pillow combines a plush blanket with a soft carrying case that can serve as a pillow when the blanket is packed away.
A hand luggage belt and backpack clip give you two ways to attach it to your travel bags, so it can ride outside a carry-on when interior space is tight.
At 60 by 43 inches, it is also sized for couch use as a throw.
That makes it useful beyond flights, though buyers who want generous full-body coverage should check the dimensions against their own needs before choosing it.

Who Should Buy BlueHills Travel Pillow?
Good fit
Choose it if you want a soft travel blanket that can become a pillow when stowed, especially when you prefer clipping accessories to a backpack or attaching them to hand luggage.
It also makes sense if you expect to use the blanket at home as a couch throw and want a machine-washable fabric for care after regular use.
Who should skip it
Skip it if a 60-by-43-inch blanket is unlikely to cover you the way you prefer during travel; its dimensions are more limited than a full-size bed blanket.
BlueHills Travel Pillow: What Matters for Travel
Packing and carry options
The blanket packs into its own soft case, which doubles as a pillow.
The belt and clip allow external carry on a suitcase, hand luggage, or backpack, reducing the need to reserve space inside a bag, though the pack itself measures 11.5 by 10 inches.
Coverage and use
A 60-by-43-inch blanket offers a defined amount of coverage for a seat, lap, or couch.
If you want it to cover more of your body during a flight, consider how that size compares with your preferred blanket dimensions before buying.
Care and repeat use
Machine-wash care and couch-throw use make this more than a flight-only accessory. That wider role can make the packed set worthwhile for someone who wants a portable layer that also stays accessible at home.
